Policy Terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
   Once purchased, the Edge Bander Buddy cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Usage & Wear
   Due to its use in industrial and woodworking environments, we do not accept returns for wear, contamination, or similar issues.

3. Compatibility & Responsibility
   The Edge Bander Buddy is designed to fit standard 35mm hinge cup holes and has been tested on various edgebanders. It does not contain a magnet, which helps prevent it from being pulled out during the edge banding process. When used correctly, it will not interfere with or damage the machine. However, Badose is not responsible for improper use or any resulting machine damage. Please ensure proper fit before use — we're happy to assist with any questions..

4. Defects and Damage
   If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and may provide a replacement if appropriate.
