Edge Bander Buddy (4 Pack)

The Edge Bander Buddy is an innovative product that prevents panel notching during edgebanding when 35mm hinge holes have already been drilled on the CNC. Its height is adjustable from 12 mm to 16.5 mm, and it features a steel washer inside for easy removal using a magnet attached to the puller.

Why No Magnets?

We intentionally designed the Edge Bander Buddy without a magnet. In edgebanders, magnetic components can interfere with machine sensors or be drawn toward metal parts, causing misalignment, movement during operation, or even damage.
Our non-magnetic design ensures the "Buddy" stays securely in place — exactly where you need it — without risking interference with sensors or proper machine function.
